All sales will be final and no refunds.

At Squigie, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges, as towels cannot be resold once they have been used. This policy ensures that every customer receives a fresh, unused product of the highest quality.

We’re committed to your satisfaction, so if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will work with you to provide a suitable resolution. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting Squigie!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  If your Squigie Towel arrives damaged or defective, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. 

 

 

Exchange Guidelines:

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are only available for items that arrive damaged or defective. We cannot offer exchanges for products that have been used or are simply unwanted.
  • Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order details and a photo of the item showing the issue.
  • Resolution: Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement of the same item at no additional cost to you.
